A book that encourages people to focus in thinking positively so that the universe will correspond with your thoughts. It also says that you need to show gratitude in all the good little things that you're receiving and it will multiply. What I like about this book is that they still follow the teachings of the Bible even if it focuses on self-love and personal success. It would be better if you're reading Bible at the same time if you want to read this book as a tool for personal change.

I really enjoyed reading this book. My emotions got exaggerated as well. It feels like you're reading (or even watching) a movie instead of reading a book. The characters are so intense as the way the author describes it. I like also the author's courage and toughness for writing this kind of novel. It's kind of satirical and suspenseful. The only thing that I notice is that when the author narrates it, he uses a lot of profane words. It disturbs me a bit but it's still fine though. A heavy yet a quick read. Highly recommended reading most especially for yuppies!!!

A touching story about the meeting of a child and a little angel. I think the author made the book to give teachings or lectures to the readers in a fictional story way. Gaarder used the two little characters by means of talking to one another and they shared their thoughts about heaven and earth.

A very light and quick read. Focused more about "Football Americano" and Italian culture. Not bad at all.

A sad yet a truly remarkable book!!! Anne Frank's character inspires a lot of readers. She's very intelligent and courageous as well. She lived life to the fullest in the midst of the struggles that she encountered during the war. A young girl who stood by her own principles and doesn't afraid of negative criticisms from her family and other people. Of all the toughness surrounded in her, there is still an underlying sweetness and kindness. She didn't forget to respect her family and she loved them so dearly. A timeless book for all ages!!!

My favorite quote from Morrie Schwartz: 'Once you learn how to die, you'll learn how to live'. In my own understanding, it means that always think that your time is running out so that you could do better things in life instead of feeling that you've a lot of time but you're wasting it. A very inspiring book that is worth to read!!!

A very touching love story. I'm hoping that it will be also made into a movie besides "The Horse Whisperer".

I didn't like the story. The shocking part that the readers are talking about gets me bored.

The book is just ok with me. Its all about racism, discrimination, and the way people judge people. I'm surprised the way Scout narrates the story. Its very deep and intelligent. She sounded like smarter than her father on the way she narrates (or it's just the writing style of Harper Lee.lol). I like the character of Atticus. He's booksmart, streetsmart, kind, gentle, silent, tough in his own right, and most especially a loving and caring father to his kids.
