Audiobook devotees are welcome here! Let us know
which books and authors you are listening to as you
make your way through each day. Audiobooks have
been my 'drug of choice' for over a decade. Selections,
narrations, sources, and devices have improved greatly
over that time period.
I wanted to ask if you have read The Nauti Boy's series By: Lora Leigh?
Did you know THE BRAIN EXCHANGE is open for biz? Why not make an appointment? Go to: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BOHKG8E ... stop by when you're in between pages and checkout my shelves, perhaps we can be chums...
PS: Love the robe!
Hi, I'm a new follower! I'm a retired middle school library media specialist, so I need to 'get on board' with more adult titles! I'm a big Maeve Binchy fan, plus I also love the classics, and I am always on the lookout for new authors. Basically I enjoy all genres and authors or at least I will give them a try.
Happy Reading, Judean
I know, I'm not sure what to do with myself in the meantime. I read The Dex Files right after I finished Into the Hollow. It was interesting to see what Dex came from. And who knew he was such a sexual creature?! But it only made Maximus more of an enigma. Maybe I'll give Old Blood a go, I just don't usually read novellas. They tend to not be my favorite.
I think Sins and Needles comes out tomorrow. I'll probably read that next month. I just really love Halle's gritty, unapologetic writing.
Literary crack, lol. Yes, that's perfect. I'll be starting book 5 tonight (I'm about 60% into book 4). I don't normally read a series straight through like this. And I don't normally read novellas, but I'll be fitting those in, too. Can't get enough of the drama that is Dex and Perry. Although, I'm kind of hoping Perry gets some action. Dex is, so why shouldn't she? A small part of me is hoping that Maximus comes back, but only because I think that could be the thing needed for Dex to get his butt into gear. And when I say into gear, I mean dropping Jenn and begging Perry to have him as her love slave.
Yeah, WTF is right. I'm about 45% in. They are drinking some Jack Daniels on their first night on the creepy island. Luckily, these books are so cheap! I bought the whole series, the ones currently out anyway. I'm pretty much just reading it like one big book. The only thing that slightly bothers me is that I don't feel like their "cases" are ever solved, you know? Sure, they get out alive, but I don't get a feeling of closure. It makes me wonder if the past will come back for them.
It would help if I left the link:)
