  Geder, did you contact the administrators? If not, you should do so right away. I think just taking the ads off of one group site doesn't get at the bigger issue.

  Well, you certainly captured it! The moon has been incredible in these parts too. I was looking out of my window just this evening and tried to capture it on my camera. I'm doing something wrong. It was either too dark or blurred or gave a double image.

  Yeah. I have also thought about the fact that we very seldom talk about books in PE. I'm sure you'll whip us into shape! On another note, I also have done a little experimenting with sepia, in particular. I rendered my favorite photo of the Brooklyn bridge in sepia, enlarged it to 24x36 and had it transferred to canvas and framed. I sooo love it. I can't afford art for my walls so this is the next best thing.

  Geder: Do you know anything about deadfred.com? I know it's a genealogy photo archive. I heard about it on TV today but have had a hard time getting through to the website. It could be overloaded. I don't know if its a worthwhile site or not. Sounded interesting.

  The remake or 'update', called Orfeu, doesn't hold a candle to the original. It came out around 1999/2000.

  Black Orpheus! I know that movie very well. The first time I saw it as a kid, it scared me. I didn't understand it until years later. Was there are remake of it? If so, that went pass me. My avatar was a shot I took while in Mexico. It's from under a stair on a pier.
  On another note . . . "Jesus Sky" series is quite a theme!! I bet you could make a small book of these photos and market them. The "Jesus Sky" series from different places on this earth!
