Reading is my oxygen, my food.
I read everything, but like the trillers most.
This selection is a tiny part of what I've read actually.
Firstly, because at least 50% of what I read is Bengali - my mother toungue. Secondly, I don't remember off-hand what I read since the age of 10 (but surely will stumble on some here). And thirdly,...more »

    Hi

I am spreading word about my new book about my life working on a cruise ship. Permanent Passenger: My Life on a Cruise Ship chronicles my wacky job search to get my dream job as Assistant Cruise Director and takes you behind the scenes on a cruise ship. Go to www.permanentpassenger.com to see more about the book.

Truly a very funny insightful book that will make you laugh – cry – and throw up just a bit.

    Cheers
    Micha Berman

Even you can manage 1, 2 days in a week, it is fine! Anyway, thank u!

Thanks for joining the Suspense & Thrillers group! Love having new members. Though it might be on page 4 of the discussions, there is a spot for introductions as well as members who’d like updates, so jump in at any time.

Also know there are like 13 or more pages of discussions. When you go to the group’s home page, click on “view all discussions” From there, scroll down and you’ll see 1 of 13. Click on the next page to view the remaining posts. Please feel free to add a comment or two. We’d love to hear what you think.

May 1st, we’ll be discussing THE DOLLMAKER. This discussion will be lead by Amanda Stevens who is the author of this book.

The next group read is scheduled for the 15th of May, which will be ALL THE PRETTY GIRLS. The author, J.T. Ellison, will be leading this group read.

On June 1st, a discussion of A WICKED SNOW will be lead by Gregg Olsen.

This is a really special treat for the group, so if you can get a copy of these books, please join us in a group discussion.

We also have “2060: The Newton Prophecies” by Keith Katsikas as our upcoming discussion. No date is set as of yet. But as an extra special treat, the group is getting a discount on this book. You’ll find the discussion about this book under the list of discussions.

We also have something new. It’s a Suspense & Thriller Challenge. More can be found on the group or at http://suspense-thriller-challenge.blogspot.com/ We even have a Yahoo Group for this at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/suspense-thriller-challenge/

If you have any questions, please let me know!

I highly welcome all my friends who joined this group. U R welcome everyday; I'll try to be here everyday ( with beer mugs!!!!) to wish U good day and to share and exchange with U! But, please don't be a silent visitor; make this club (Adda) yours own territory where U can tell anything ( as 'I think....'), ask anything ,open any discussion, share other's experience, whatever U like.
First of all, let us introduce ourselves as a traveller. I would appreciate an essay on yourself--you as a traveller; your enjoyments, taste and likings, funs U made, some memorable happenings so on and so forth! Please Be innovative; you are the pioneer! print your footsteps here. I'll post my essay shortly!

I have almost all books of Sukumar Ray, Upendra kishor Roy choudhuri, which are in Bengali. Yesterday I added only those books , which are translated in English ( abol tabol by Satyajit Ray, I have another aboltabol translation by Manabendra Mukherjee of J.U.. I didn't find the Bengali books in shelfari. That is the problem of not including soooooooo many books in my shelf.
