“Wasn't as fun to read as the first two books in the series, and got a bit confusing remembering which characters when with which names. Too many things going on and it seemed that the characters were just being dragged along with little to no action on their parts. The ending was somewhat anti-climactic too, but in general still a good read and tied up most if not all loose ends.”

“Loved the dialogue between Belasco and Amirantha; and Sandreena's reaction every time she encounters the warlock. Pug and the rest of the cast are the same. Miss the old Krondor characters but it's understandble why they're gone. Wonder what the next book will have and how Magnus will die...”
