Dear thebookpimp,Please join us for a 30-minute live Blogger Conference Call with bestselling author Karen Rose on Thursday, July 24 at 4 PM ET.Here's the 4-1-1:• The conference call will be hosted by Grand Central Publishing with HBGUSA Online Marketing team members Kelly Leonard and Renee Supriano serving as moderators. • An 800 number will be set up for participating bloggers to call. • The format will be a Q&A style with questions asked by you on the call with Karen. • If you're interested in participating, please reply to this invitation with 1-2 questions that you would like to ask. • Renee and Kelly will be selecting the most original questions to be asked live during the call. We will let you know ahead of time if your question has been selected and when it will be your turn to ask Karen your question. (Even if your question is not selected, we hope you will attend the conference call to listen in!) • We will be setting up the order of questions ahead of time to prevent the possibility of call participants from talking over one another. • The list of selected questions, in the order that they will be asked and by whom, will be e-mailed to confirmed participating bloggers prior to the call along with the 800 dial-in number.Trust us, the call with Karen Rose is going to be a lot more fun than reading the above just was ;-)Last fall, we hosted a similar event with Nicholas Sparks which was a big hit. More exciting news at the Suspense & Thrillers Group…as you might already know that Keith Katsikas, author of “2060: The Newton Prophecies” will be leading a discussion on his book. We don’t have a date set up yet, but will in a couple of weeks. In the meantime, Amanda Stevens, author of THE DOLLMAKER, has also agreed to lead the discussion for May’s Group Read, which is THE DOLLMAKER. I’m really excited as this is something new and might become a new trend with our group discussions. If you’ve already read the book, come join us. If not, see if you can grab a copy. There’s still time as the discussion won’t begin until the first week of May.
