    About Saramago, yes I do enjoy quite a lot his books. I would recomend from him the following ones:
    "Baltazar and Blimunda"
    "The Stone Raft"
    "The Gosphel according to Jesus Christ" (this one is a bit polemic mind you)

    Hey, I've seen that you read "Blindness". Did you liked? Although I do like Saramago's books they are usually a bit hard to read, specially due to the way he writes.
