I am a voracious reader and can literally wade through anything except "How Tos" and non-fictions. I also refrain myself from reading sex, romance, feminism, religion, spiritualism, plots, sci-fi, mainstream fiction by Indians and of course, Harry Porters. Either i have had too much of them or I think i am grown up :).
However, satirical... more »

Maglo I didn't mean u don understand exist. rather I believe that no one can think of himself in segregation from the circumstances n society around... its full of pains n uncertainties and that's why provoked many serious thinkers com around the issue of human existence and its native experiences as also the sparks of life to be recovered for which men keep on groping through out the life...

Meglo u said 'his words and disposition towards reality cast a spell of gloom over u' and that's why u hate existentialist bullshit speaks of ur search of better life and happiness which mostly evades us. Why? This is what has remained the prime question of all times and kept existentialists busy too...we cant blink over the seemy side just for momentary gains...rather should struggle to clench the hidden fist...

Hi, thanks for the friendship request. I was actually expecting to find Murakami on your shelf, cause I think you could like his books. I would love to recommend Kafka on the Shore to you, specially because you seem to like Kafkaesque fiction. Hope you like it!

    Keep on reading!
    Greetings, Monique

Thanks for the request, I hold Fyodor D. in great veneration. The world of his writing apppears as somewhat more intense, more authentic than our casual reality and has an incomprehensible appeal for me. When I'm reading Crime and Punishment, The Karamazov Brothers or The Possessed, each scene has an impact of a climax.
Anyway, I looked through your shelf and I'm really impressed! Suppose I share your interest in existantialism bullshit, as you call it. Recently I'm also considering familiarizing myself with Ayn Rand's writing... Could you tell me what attracts you to objectivism?

one question that always eats my mind,, why do i(and many people) conciously/unconciously long for recognition /appreciation from other people? If it is becoz of any inferority complex or nything of that sort, i dont have it for sure, then why the hell it happens?

I hav done MBBS, and I will be giving my last post graduate entrance exam on sunday, its been two years since i started preparing for these exams. Hopefully, i might get admission into some pg course next month(the counselling will start shortly) but also i might not, i never was a gud student. Anyways, if not that, may be i shall hav to go to some goddamn pvt. college in maharashtra. That's it.
