  • Rift

    Rift

    by James Jean
    • Rated 4 stars

Rift is an accordion-book format with marvelous sketches with its colored version on the other side. The artworks are like puzzle, you have to connect it to other piece to appreciate it more.

  • To Kill a Mockingbird
    • Rated 2 stars

“Mockingbirds don't do one thing but make music for us to enjoy. They don't eat up people's gardens, don't nest in corncribs, they don't do one thing but sing their hearts out for us. That's why it's a sin to kill a mockingbird.”

Another classic book with a female version of Tom Sawyer (Scout Finch). A story about morality, preconception, and knowledge. A great book but monotonous sometimes, I wonder why is it so highly praised.

  • The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes
    • Rated 3 stars

Sherlock Holmes is one of my favorite character ever made. If you love mysteries, exciting cases and puzzles you'll certainly love this book. But on the other side, Doyle's writing is sometimes a little bit expected, sometimes giving hints out of nowhere.

  • The Adventures of Tom Sawyer

I thoroughly enjoyed this classic novel, Mark Twain is really a great writer for making a rib-tickling character like Tom Sawyer and substantial chapters filled with extraordinary adventures.

"ALL MORONS HATE IT WHEN YOU CALL THEM A MORON."

The main character in this book is so perceptive in a comical way regardless of his outrage towards society.

An existential novel published in 1942 with the main character as a stranger to society, he thinks that all lives are meaningless and cares more about physical facet.

A murder mystery novel that will make you chuckle on every page from an autistic perspective of being a detective. I was attached to the main character because of his cleverness mixed with humorous thinking, aside from that he loves Sherlock Holmes and thinks that Conrad's Heart of Darkness is a very good "short" book.
