I love satire and sarcasm and I generally loathe romance in the books I read unless its from a 500 page book written in the 1853 and there is a vague and abrupt ending, gotta love Villette! ^_^
Started reading YA recently, comparing everything in the genre to The Hunger Games now.
Favourite Authors:
Thomas Hardy
Daphne Du Maurier
Charlotte Bronte! (I love Villette, isn't that obvious?)
Secretly wonders:
What is so popular about Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles?
Am I the only person who has read Insurgent and Divergent and confused about why it is so well loved?
Am I the only person who has read Insurgent and Divergent and hate the character who likes carrying the main char around?
