Hi:I thought you might be interested in a contest. It’s wacky, creative and ‘killer’ fun. ‘Create a Corpse’ Contest lets you name a character in my suspense novel Divine Justice. Of course, you guessed it—the character dies For contest details, just scroll over the following URL, copy and paste into your browser. This is a great contest for avid readers who’d like to be part of the process. I look forward to receiving your entries. :)http://www.cherylktardif.com/contests/~Cheryl Kaye Tardif, bestselling author
Hi there! Welcome to the BEA Lit Insiders group. This should be fun. Got any good book recommendations?
I have been invited into a group, of which you are a member, which says it is for women, and so I think I shall decline, but please thank yourself or whoever invited me, just the same.
I've heard the buzz about "Eat Pray Love" but haven't picked it up yet. My stack of unread books is starting to become two stacks and I need to stop buying and start reading. But when I'm stressed I buy boooks and then I'm too busy to read and the cycle goes on and on. Hopefully over spring break I can make a dent in the pile.WG
Hi ! I must confess: I saw your comment to Mightjustb about reading Eat Pray Love right now and I had to say hello !! I love love love that book !!! Don't you feel like you are standing right there next to her as you are reading it ?? I could not get enough of the book and even slowed down reading towards the end, hoping I could prolong the end..HAHAHA !! Have u read her other stuff? Hit By A Farm is actually another really good one...Anyway, I just wanted to stop and say hello and I'm soo happy other people are reading this book !!! :)
Hi Cheryl, You are the 2nd person to recommend that book! I will most definitely have to check it out. I don't know if you liked Wayne Dyer when you read Getting in the Gap or not but I am a huge fan of his. I would recommend his "Inspiration - Your Ultimate Calling" book , "The Power of Intention", or his "You'll See It When You Believe It" . Some really great prosperity books are "Mr. Everett's Secret" by Alan Cohen or "Open Your Mind to Receive" by Catherine Ponder. If you aren't feeling like an inspirational / spiritual / self-help kind of book the "Small Miracles" books are good or the "When God Winks" books. They are just nice, easy, happy reads. Hope this gives you some ideas! Happy reading! Sandy
Hi Cheryl. Your art work is beautiful! I love the tulips and sunflowers. Both are some of my favorite flowers. How long have you been painting? I love inspirational books too and I see we have read several of the same ones. I just joined Shelfari so I don't have all of my books on my shelf yet. I just finished Being in Balance and The Secret. What are you currently reading? Have a great day! Sandy
I looked at your shelf to try and get an idea of what you might find inspiring from my shelf. I think you would get something from the book "Beliefs" by Robert Dilts. It is one of my all time favorites.
HI Cheryl,We seem to have a lot of books in common. I'm reading the latest Elizabeth George book a mystery, and The History of Love by Allison Krauss. Plus a few un-memorable romances and most nights I flip through a few poems by either Billy Collins or fromthe Garrison Keilor collection. Tomorrow I am off for a full day of Shakespeare at the local university as part of a class I'm taking on the arts.Take care,WG
Hi Cheryl. Thanks for responding. I am in the process of reading The Millionaire Maker and Now What, 90 Days to a New Life Direction. I am in the process of trying to figure out what I want to do the rest of my life and create financial freedom. How about you? What's going on in your life?
