Hello members of Shelfari, my name is Emmanuel Barbee


I am the author of this book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America." This book is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago ghettos. I also wrote this book to promote my new organization "The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement" It has three mainl components a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. For example, we will offer a single family services which would assist single black mothers and single black fathers who reside in the ghettos with job training, education, and violence prevention. As well as help to keep their children away from drugs and out of street gangs. Unlike other organization that do a partial part of addressing the issue we will focus on the entire black family and the environment, structural inequality, and an unjust system “capitalism” which causes poverty and the like.

We will start a new political party on the local level “Democratic Socialist party” focus on local issues.My organization will also aim at ending poverty in America, ending gun violence in America, and finally ending structural inequality once and for all in America. All racial groups are welcome to join however, everyone must accept the principles behind this movement no exceptions.
