I am an English and Latin student, who loves reading books and poetry.
Children's literature is something I consider important, but since I missed out in the English culture on this, recommendations are very welcome!

@ Elise, it's about two people who discover a hidden treasure and then pursue it's origins to find danger, romance and adventure in Holland! Here is the link on Amazon:

    I think it's on amazon.co.uk and amazon.co.fr as well.
Let me know what you think!

I think we all have more books on our to read list than time to actually read them. Any Belgian or European author you really enjoyed would be a welcome recommendation. I can always check here for translations. Thanks for the reply. Steal time to read whenever you can.

Elise, You have an amazing shelf. If you are still looking for children's literature, you might enjoy Angie Sage's series that begins with "Magyk". You might also enjoy, "The Night Circus" by Erin Morgenstern, an adult novel that would work well as young adult fiction. Are there any writers from Belgium, who have been published in English, you would recommend? I am a longtime fan of Georges Simenon. Thanks, Jeanne Marie

Hello! The ask box has been disabled until the end of the month...I've been swamped with non-Bookfessions-related things lately ;) As for the pages, you would click your blog at the top of the dashboard, select customize appearance in the top right corner, and go to pages. Then you pick add a page and type what you want on the page. Give it a title in the page title section and make sure to check the box that says show link to this page, as that's what's going to show up in your blog's navigation. If you want a link at the top that will go to, say, your Goodreads profile, make sure instead of the option saying "standard layout" you select "redirect" and type in the URL. Hope that helps :)

you type [N] before any word you want to hightlight, then type [N] at the end of the word or phrase, no space in between, however, instead of usiing N you use capital B.

Hi Elise ! you type before any word u want to highlight, then type at the end of the word or phrase, no space in between, however, instead of the small "b" you use capital B.

I used the small letter "b" just to illustrate it...message me if you didnt get it right.
