A little bit about me eh...
Well I am a thirty something woman and I am happily engaged to a very wonderful man who understands my addiction to books (well he moans less about it than my other vices ha ha ha). I have had a love for the written word for as long as I can remember. My Mum was an avid reader herself who read and told me wonderful stories when I was young and who I blame for igniting this passion within me
For me books come into my life for many different reasons and purposes. Sometimes the books I choose reflect who I am at that point in time, my thoughts, emotions even circumstances. Often I find myself looking for answers, other times reassurance. Sometimes I just sit back and enjoy the tale. I also think that books can be a link to memories and certain points of time, sometimes these are happy, other times not so good.
And now I am rambling. I think this quote says it better than I do!
