That's four hours of reading interrupted only by the bus conductor and the ticket inspector... oh, and occasional naps. My book collection shows that I like to read about things related to my work as an HR practitioner and business manager.

hi, there's great book swapping happening at www.bookmooch.com. it has a forum here at shelfari, at http://www.shelfari.com/groups/23735/about.

bookmooch is a site that lets you give away the books you don't want anymore and get the books you Really Want to&from bookmooch members all over the world!

joining is free. you don't spend to get the books but you will have to pay postage to send internationally. with sea mail, you won't be damaged so much though (80/thin book, 150 up for heavier books).

    hope you join!

You say that your shelf tells you that should get a life. I say that you have lived a great life filled with unique and profound experience. You have been busy living a life while the rest of us were home. Reading.

    Hi edwin,

its so nice of you to invite me here. I truly appreciate it. I love books however, due to my so demanding chores in the family, I forgot to include reading in my schedules. Anyway with your invitation, I know I can revive my passion with books and hopefully bring back my passion in writing too.
    Thanks again,
