“R.E.A's "Are you serious about getting a 5?" study guide series is one of the best on the market, and the Unites States History edition is no exception. With 375 pages of in-depth review by year, this books would enable even homeschooled students to prepare for the exam. The 6 full-length practice exams included detail why possible answers are correct AND explains why incorrect answers are not the best choice. A student with about 8 weeks (as the book recommends) to devote to studying this guide would be very likely to boost their score.
Personally, I took an APUSH class for one semester, and then, 4 weeks prior to the exam, relied solely on this book, diligently taking notes, and earned a 5. I highly recommend R.E.A. ”
