More than a few of the books on my shelf are my annual birthday present from Ted. Starting many years ago, we give each other two books for birthdays, and strive to find two very different books. This year from Ted -- House of Leaves, and Just My Type. I am deep into both... It's a nice birthday tradition. Try it!
