i'm an autodidact and a voracious reader. i had a tumultuous upbringing and books and the libraries which housed them literally saved my life by protecting my sanity. i've gone on to live an extremely unconventional life but the one constant is still my love of books, i straddle that precarious border between bibliophile and bibliomane. i've had staticy relations with many human beings but books (and pets) have always been there and never betrayed me. i read many things: fiction (except harlequin style romance), biography (esp.artist/writer), film studies and comic books. yes, i've never outgrown the comic medium and in fact i feel it's grown up with me. i have moved to a new and somewhat remote area recently and have very little stimulating social contact so i would love to hear from anyone who has anything interesting to say about the media they consume. thank you everyone, christopher james a.k.a. dyslexicerectorset. « less
