“Usually books about the south and the harsh treatment of black people makes me upset, and I try to steer away from books like that, but someone recommended this book to me, and I'm glad that they did. I enjoyed this book immensely.”

“Mary Monroe keeps the drama moving with a return story of best friends, Annette and Rhoda who bought have secret lovers on the side, but one lover turns out to be a big fake.

I enjoyed this story and eagerly look forward to the next installation from Mary Monroe.”
