Sex Changes: Transgender Politics, whose title is rather self-explanatory. I highly recommend it to anyone curious about the lives, loves, and struggles of transgendered and transsexual people, mostly American people. I don't know what I'll read next -- probably a nice Steinbeck novel before embarking on more radical non-fiction!
I like to be a bit contrary in my hobbies and pursuits because I believe that people should pursue that which pleases them, however diverse; and more importantly, I don't enjoy being categorized.
So here I am: a math teacher who supports homeschooling, a feminist who knits, and a bicyclist with a driver's license!
