Hi I am a licensed practical nurse, who works to support my reading habit. I read just about anything, but my first love is mystery. The pug is Murphy the center of our home since the kids have grown up. He is a year and a half old and likes to sit in my chair while I read outloud. He has heard a lot of mysteries.

    Hi Dyanny,

As a friend of mine here, will you also do me the honor of joining the Facebook page for my new novel, THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD & EVIL (MacMillan, July 2011)? I’m making it my primary communications channel for upcoming events that I think you’ll enjoy.

To kick things off we'll be issuing major updates to the page starting June 18th, including the premier of the video trailer for KNOWLEDGE. The trailer is unlike any I've ever seen, and I trust you'll feel the same.

Hi, I am sweet little boy. Once you read this you cannot get out. Finish reading this
until it is done! As I said, I am sweet little girl. I am 15 1/2 years old. I have no eyes
and blood all over my face. I am dead. If you don't send this to at least 12
people I will come to your house at midnight and I'll hide under your bed.
When you're asleep, I'll kill you.
    Don't believe me?

    Case 1:
    tammy vo
Got this e-mail. She doesn't believe in chain letters. Well, Foolish tammy.
She was sleeping when her TV started flickering on and off. Now she's not
with us anymore. Ha ha tammy, Ha ha! You don't want to be like tammy, do
    you?

    Case 2:
    brendon li
Hates chain mail, but he didn't want to die that night. He sent it to 4
people. Not good enough brendon. Now, brendon is in a coma, we don't know if
he'll ever wake up. Ha ha brendon, Ha ha! Now, do you want to be like brendon?

    Case 3:
    tracy vo

send to. Well, That night when she was having a shower she saw bloody Mary
in the mirror. It was the BIGGEST fright of her life.tracy is scarred for
    life.

    Case 4:
    Nick L.

ground. He was premoted to head officer at his job and his girlfriend said
yes to his purposal. Now, Katie and him are living happily ever after. The
    have 2 beautiful children.

I've been reading an anthology of local writers. We have an organization here that holds workshops for people who would not have access to writing then at the end of the workshop they publish an anthology. Its a fabulous program - the writing is amazing considering the writers are prisoners, addicts, people dying of cancer and AIDS. I'm almost done. Great stuff. I'm also in the middle of a how to book on magazine writing called Telling True Stories - its on essay and memoir writing.

I see you have "And Ladies of the Club" on your reading list. I love that book and read it every 10 years or so...but am most amazed at what I heard about the author (hope it is true) but she was supposedly 80 when she wrote this (her 1st book). Amazing!

Hi! You seem to have the same taste in books as I do. I noticed my favorite authors on your shelf. (especially Michner) It inspired me to add more books to my shelf that I've read. I'd rather read. It also told me some authors I should try. Thanks!
