Well I don't read as much as I'd like to. I have to admit that is mainly my own fault, I'd much rather sit down and watch a great movie then read. But I am trying to change this. They say to become a better writer you must, read, read and did they mention read!!

I realized a couple of days after my grandfather died that I wanted to be a... more »

I absolutely loved this book. It was so amazingly good. It captured everything that Supernatural is. It was really like reading an episode of the show.

The first thing I thought was this author got the banter and brothers’ relationship down.

I loved that the small town gets isolated from the rest of the world and everyone has to depend on Sam and Dean to save the day. I also loved that most of it was set in the woods and the small town and that is was winter during the entire book. I guess I’m partial to the small town atmosphere the book gave.

I must say the ending was superb. It was definitely in true Supernatural fashion. What better way to end the book, then have a huge shootout and battle with a witch’s corpse.

The book took some twists and turns and did a great job of keeping you on the edge of your seat, with tons of action and horrific images. Just like the show.

I truly hope if there is another book, it’s either written by this same author or is just as good as this book or better.

I love Supernatural! It is such a great show and I love how the brothers get along or sometimes don't get along.

This book I was very disappointed in. I read "Witch's Canyon" first which was absolutely amazing. It was such a great book. Unfortunately this book wasn't as good.

I don't know, I thought the both mysteries weren't very good. Besides the ghost haunting, there wasn't very much supernatural stuff going on. In fact it felt more like a detective novel then a supernatural novel.

I especially didn't like how the author had to give us every single road they took. I mean they took such and such to such and such to.. And on and on. It got so annoying. Just say they pulled up on 199th street. Don't give us every single road. And the music part was funny and great at first, but after a while it just got annoying.

The one thing I really liked was how the author got the banter and relationship right for the brothers. That was dead on.

All in all, I love Supernatural, but this book didn't live up to the standards of the Supernatural universe.

I thought it was a very good read. I could see this happening and a real possibility. Some of the parts had my adrenaline pumping. Perrodin did a good job of making Patch real, with real emotion.

I liked the fasted paced scenes, but after a while of reading, it got old and it would have been nice to have a drawn out scene. The only thing I didn't like and thought was very cheesy and unrealistic was the scenes with the 'demons'. Very comical. I think they were going for something extremely scary and ended up with the complete opposite.
