:):)Thank You dtbrents but no thank you, isn't Theology a discernment of Scripture? I only have my own in Spirit and sometimes it's hard enough for me to understand much less all the others:):) Please don't get to disheartened, you do better than you think, some of that infor you went into on the cosmos in Christian Warrors was interesting and set the path for some farther research for me. Have you seen the wonderful DVD on "How great is our God" by Louie Giglio. It's on YouTube in 5 parts. I would have never stumbled upon that if it had not been your your thoughts and that is one of the most wonderful blessings and conformations I've ever received.
You do sound busy with baby and all , at least mine are all out of diapers, well the physical ones anyway.:):) My prayers are with you daily.
Try to understand black and white is good but we must continue to grow and you are not as black and white as you think with all that cosmo stuff.:):):)

    My Dear dbrents,
Please know there was no offense meant to be given in my rely to sye b, just a slight humerous note meant for the fun side. I have a beautiful friend in Christ you remind me so much of and I may have extend more than I should have, since I don't know you like I know her. She has been Gods blessing to me, and you like her is so knowledged in verse. I also see your same frustrations when dealing with others, especially those outside the church. Yet, God has used us both to extend His whole, and with lots of humor. Again, no offense and many blessings.
On a side note, even you have to admit that the lone "yes" was alittle stark:):):) and it may have started a landslide on legalism that will take all three of us to defuse.:):):)

Instead of buying books (which take up so much space) I'm now getting them from the library in Benton. I've never read any by Lisa Scottoline so I checked out her novel "Courting Trouble" and am reading it now.

A few days ago I finished reading David Baldacci's book The Whole Truth". It was difficult to put it down. I think I finished reading it in 3 days, it was so interesting.

    love,
    carolyn

I did not realize so many people had left. I will leave as administrators in the groups, but I am back to visit sometimes. I just don't have the time anymore to work on the groups and answer questions, I am reading and blogging now in my "freetime."
Dad is well. He and I are both seeing a chiropracter now, really helping. I have a womens conference tonight and tomorrow at my church, the personal companion of Corrie Ten Boom will be speaking, I'm excited to go. Also saw Anne Graham Lotz last week at a kick off even for a revival she will do in the fall. I have signed up to be a counselor for those making a decision for Christ. I've also signed up to lead a Bible study in my town for new Christians, after the revival. I'm looking forward to what God has in store!

Since I am not on Shelfari as much, should I drop from being administrators of a well watered garden and theology forum?

Paul prayed that the thorn in the flesh might be removed, and his prayer brought a large increase of spiritual strength, while the thorn perhaps remained (2 Cor. 12:7-10).

Yeah, I've been pretty busy myself lately. I try to take the time to update my shelf from time to time, but haven't been able to join in any discussions. Maybe soon it will slow down!

Yeah, I've got a new daughter. She's about four months old now. Congratulations on your new granddaughters. It was good to hear from you.

    Hi Doylene,

Yes, I've been busy. Have my first book getting ready to be published. Things are REAL quiet on my "5 pointers" group - thankfully. I've been in a dialogue with Alvin over on the other Theology group by 'seeker of truth' and then Charlie has some very longwinded posts on the Berkouwer group that are hard to understand at times and comment on intellegently. You do a GREAT job I must say and I appreaciate your spirit and attitude in these various different Bible related duscussion groups. Thanks for the shout. I'll be back. LJK
