I am a happily married stay home mom of 2 beautiful children. My daughter is an avid reader like me (I am so proud) and my son was born totally blind but is an amazing blessing in our lives teaching us daily never to judge something by what we see with our eyes but to only judge with our hearts!

I had such high hopes for this book because I loved "The Time Travelers Wife" but I couldn't even finish this book. I got about halfway through and just never had the urge to pick it up again. The characters were strange and unlikable and I didnt really understand any of the characters motivations.

I have a special needs child and many other similairities to the mom in this book, so the story became very personal for me. I could not put this book down. I loved how each chapter was told from the perspective of one of the main characters. I cried at the end.

I loved this wonderful little book! It is an uncomplicated book that is glorious in it's simplictiy! Each chapter in the book is told by one of the 3 main characters from their viewpoint. These are characters that you will not only love but they will stay with you long after you have finished the book. This is one of those books that you feel very sad when it was over simply because it is so wonderful you never want it to end!
