  Good morning Ann, Just letting you know I corrected your author listing for Mind Over Matter to reflect the Shelfari convention (no honorifics). While looking at the record I also removed the Table of Contents because that too doesn't follow our format (ex. we don't use page numbers)
  
  Here's an example of acceptable formatting:
  Preface
  Introduction
  1. Things About Me
  2. Things By Me
  3. Things Said to Me
  Acknowledgments
