I was cruising tonight and wondered what happend to your Shelfari enthusiasm. You dragged me into it. Are you still active? I totally understand about Ralskolnikov, I felt the same way when I first read it in 5th grade, but my mind changed later. Mom and Dad just had it on the shelf where I would pick up things. A little morbid for a ten-year-old, I suppose, the language wasn't the problem, more the feeling tone--morbid, self-centered, obsessive--yet Raskolnikov is more appealing than the narrator of "Notes from the Underground."
Hey there! Thanks for the friend request!
Hi Clay, I just read God is not Great. Good book on exposing how all religion is pretty much irrelevant in today's world based on science and evolution.
