  • Fourteen Lessons in Yogi Philosophy
    • Rated 5 stars

From LIGHT ON THE PATH, I was led to this book that serves as the foundation of my Spiritual Journey of the past 39 years. Yogi Ramacharaka wrote an entire volume of books to open the hearts, minds and souls of Earthlings. Definitely suggested reading for all seekers.

  • Ancient Future: The Teachings and Prophetic Wisdom of the Seven Hermetic Laws of Ancient Egypt

A tour de force in the world of history and documentation of peoples that came out of Africa. Chandler hits on points that, heretofore, have not been discussed in the way he does - namely, the level of power emanating from women; the contributions of descendants of African and much more. . .

  • African Diaspora: A Historical Encyclopedia
    • Rated 5 stars

I am proud to be a contributor to this phenomenal work. My article on WOMEN IN JAZZ is included in this encyclopedia of the diaspora that should prove to be invaluable to all historians. I am grateful to Dr. Carole Boyce-Davies for inviting me to be a part of this historic document.

Until I found this series, my motto was "read it and put it on the shelf." However, I continue to read these books over and over again. I've read about 10 of the 20 books, over the past 17 years and I will continue to use them to keep me on the Path of Light and close to My Mighty I AM Presence.

This is the smallest, most impactful nugget of wisdom I have ever found. I read it every 10 years and it is new each time. Hesse has found the key to living - inner peace sans material complications with a dash of detachment from friends, family and lovers.

  • Soul Journey to Truth

    by Ombassa Sophera
    • Rated 5 stars

Ombassa's book is a wonderful daily journal of truth and light. I have enjoyed reading her nuggets of wisdom, which apply to the day I am living in a very special way. I would suggest that everyone get a copy of this book and keep it on your night table to read morning and night.

  • The Da Vinci Code

What I most enjoyed about this book is the revelation about what goes on behind closed doors in huge institutions like the Vatican. This was a great read. I especially loved the trek from Rome to Scotland and Paris. I am always taken by stories about the Templars. The final outcome that revealed the truth about Mary Magdalene was very eye-opening.
