“I am very unhappy to say that this novel reads more like an outline to a normal Koontz novel than a complete work in and of itself. All the plot points are there, all the quantum physics and relationships and love of animals and unexplained mysticals... but without the rich texture and description that have kept me coming back year after year. ”
