HI! I am a 37 year old frustrated writer and poet working undercover as a high school english teacher. I divert the pangs of frustration with voracious and eclectic reading habits that range from the highly literary to the downright pornographic.

I have a small zoo living in the house with me... my new husband, Robert; my 13 year old daughter, Dallas; one dog, two cats, two rats, an african pygmy hedgehog and a tank full of goldfish.

I have decided to start a book review blog, since the one I've been a part of for a while has taken a turn I'm not really comfortable with. It's just getting started, I'll be posting my first reviews later this week, but I would appreciate any feedback.
