I can see that you read the Spanish version of a Harry Potter book... that is cool... and amazing.
Hello..... Have not heard from you in a while, I hope you are not too busy. What have you been reading lately? Me, am just finishing "Letters for Sam"... its a nice warm book, especially for parents. Hear from you soon.
Hi, I know I have been quiet for a while... Have been busy in the hospital. In fact, I have not been able to read much lately, except for a borrowed book that I had to finish. I will email you in private soon.
I remembered you writing about reading in two languages, whats the other one?For me, its english (preferred), Chinese, filipino and still trying to re-learn spanish.
Sorry, was quiet for a few days, I had 2 successive tough nights at the E.R. Thanks for your very candid response.Actually, any book that weighs less than The Harrison's book of Internal Medicine (approximately 3.5 kg) would be considered light reading for me. I do enjoy getting lost in the plots and the settings of the story. I dnt have any favorite genre, as long as it takes my mind off my patients for a while and takes me to a different world is fiine with me. But I still love reading Robin Cook's medical thrillers, and at the top of my list is still Coma, because it can really happen; every time I park my car i the hospitals basement, and i see the gas lines that go to the O.R. I cant help but imagie seeing a canister of carbon monoxide stuck in the oxygen line.... scary, huh.
hey desafio ....am sorry i held ur invitation so long...actually i am out of my country....i live in the UAE...but now i am in canada on vacation ...so i cudnt get in touch with shelfari at all for a looonng time...thanx for the invite ...so telo me more bout urself...wat r ur likes n dislikes?
You are a patricia cornwell fan, please check out my list of friends, and get connected with mayleen, she is also a fan.
Hello, thanks for asking me to be your friend. Your book choices seem pretty deep and provocative, mine are a bit shallow, and most are meant for light reading and relaxation. i am a doctor, and i look at my books to provide me with rest and relaxation in betweeen the research and medical journals. Hear from you soon.
