"Babe... be careful. I do no' feel much like bein' a gentleman tonight." -Duncan (Rehearsal: A Different Drummer)
Well, to start, I'm 20, an Army brat and in my second year of college. I attend school at BC3 and I'm majoring in psychology. I was a preschool teacher for a while and love working with children. I plan on earning my Ph.D in psychology and working with the men and women in the United States Armed Forces.
I'm not too picky, I love a good book, any I can get lost in. My tastes vary; I tend to read mainly paranormal/fantasy but I like horror and mysterys, even a good romance, now and then. I love a psychological thriller. I started off reading Anne Rice's The Vampire Chronicles, along with the Mayfair witches. Her work is always really well done and a great read. But what really caught my attention for reading was Shel Silverstein's poetry in elementary school. That's a must read for any younger reader, or older. A friend later got me hooked to Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series, and of course Merry Gentry. Yes, I'm one of those, I'll buy just about anything with her name on it. I absolutely love her novels. I'm also a big fan of LK Hunsaker's Rehearsal series. Duncan is so fricken sexy. Music and hot guys, what's not to love. I also enjoying reading works from Kim Harrison, Charlaine Harris, Rebecca York, Kelly Armstrong, Rachel Vincent and many others I know I'm missing, there's just so many.
