Well, to start, I'm 19, an Army brat and in my first year of college. I attend school at BC3 and I'm majoring in psychology. I was a preschool teacher for a while and love working with children. In so far I'm looking towards a field in child or military psychology.
I started reading Anne Rice's The Vampire Chronicles, along with the Mayfair witches. Her work is always really well done and a great read. A friend got me hooked to Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake Vampire Hunter series, and of course Merry Gentry. I absolutely love her novels. I'm also a big fan of LK Hunsaker's Rehearsal: A Different Drummer. I also enjoying reading works from Kim Harrison, Rebecca York, Kelly Armstrong and many others I know I'm missing...
My favorite Anita Blake quote:
"I'll tell you the real horrible truth, Anita, no matter what you do or how bad you feel about it, life goes on, life doesn't give a fuck that you're sorry or upset or derranged or tormented, life just goes on, and you've got to go on with it, or sit in the middle of the road and feel sorry for yourself." -Jason (Blue Moon)
One of my favorite Rehearsal quotes:
"Babe... be careful. I do no' feel much like bein' a gentleman tonight." -Duncan (Rehearsal: A Different Drummer)
