When I read from beginning to probably 100 pages. It was tense, a lot of going on. After that, it went slow, very slow until around 700 pages. It was not much of action. It is mostly about Eragon's training at the Ellermersia (sp?) mostly. But it got better after that. I was shocked what I learn in the book, which I will not say it here because it will be a spoiler. Now I am looking forward to read Brisngr. I hope it will be better but from the reviews I read, it seems much same as this book.. What I was trying to say is it seems to be another slow-read book. I will be judge of that when I get to read the whole book.

It took me nearly three months to finish it. I know. I read on the subway every day. Subway took me from home to work about 15 minutes. I read an average of 4 to 8 pages. The book is 999 pages long.

Oh, I know that Christopher is currently working on the 4th book... I am looking forward to see what he has restored for his next Inhertiance Circle book.

Anyway, earlier, I gave a rating of 2, but I am happy with the ending so I gave one extra for that credit.

I didnt finish that book, but I read probably 200 pages... to be exact 212. I intend to finish it one day. For now I would say two stars. Two stars says that I didnt like it. Well I would say it is ok. I still have 145 pages, it could change my mind about this book.

Wow, it is a very good book. It makes me think a lot of things ... amazing. It has something to do with cure for AIDS and other things and Vampires.

This one is a slow read, but I have managed reading through... It has been a while since I read it so I vaguely remembered what the story was all about. I believe it was about a few high school students hanging out ... and I believe there is a gay character in it... I believe I recalled that that guy and I have something in common because he had a crush on an older guy. I had that crush on someone older when I was young. However, it never happened like that guy did.

    It is an okay book.

I have no rating for this book because I never finished. The book seems boring to me. I guess I like books that are fast-paced, but I also like books that are slow read. I suppose it depends on their writing style. However, I think the characters in that book talks too much.. Maybe I should watch the movie first and see how it goes... if it is a good movie, then I should read that book in the first place. Oh well. I can still give a rating through a movie when I get a chance to rent it.
