Yes I am LOVING Robyn Carr as well. Someone put me onto her a couple weeks ago now. They are tame enough that I told my mom about them and she has caught up to me on the Virgin River series. I have read 1-3. She has Most of the series here in large print from the library. I may read one more before she has to take them back. I so enjoy her writing style. However I do so need my paranormals and my STEAMY romances. lol
The Playaway is awesome. You provide your own headphones and a triple a battery. Nice and simple. Like having your own mp3 player. I actually got some stuff done today while listening to Nora Roberts "Vision in White". I am almost done with it. I don't think I will ever go fully audio because I would miss the actual book in hand. Well Happy Reading and lemme know if you ever try one of those playaways. You just check them out from the library like a book. Not sure if every branch has them though. I got this at Crystal Lake since it is near my Physical Therapy. Not sure if my McHenry library has them. I will have to see. Hmm?

How are you doing? Getting much reading in?
I am trying my very first audio book. Not the discs but on a little mp3 player called Playaway from the library.
We have great libraries here. With the funding still. California lost its funding decades ago and are pitiful. I have been here for 3 years in Illinois now and the library is one of the major pluses. =) Just thought I would say Hello.

oh i see like johanna lindsey - i think i read one of her books but cannot remeber
the name of it - i want to say love's captive but i am not sure

i think my favorite time period would be the wild west :) - just think if they made
historical romances from the 50's :)

i thought the grace valley series by robyn carr didnt have as much.... heart as the virgin river series. i like the characters and how they develop in the virgin river series more
