This was one of the best things about Shelfari!By the way I have finally read When Hitler Stole the Pink Rabbit' and I thought it was great! Thanks for the reccomendation!jess x
Hi David, how amazing that we have read so many of the same books!! It was after reading your recommendation of Pink Rabbit that I too felt the need to go and buy it. Kerr should be sending you elements of her royalties! Look forward to reading more of your recommendations soonYaz
Hi David,Thanks for the reecommendation of 'When Hitler Stole the Pink Rabbit'. I think I will pop down to Waterstones this weekend, can't beat their offers! Jess x
Hi David,We have many books in common! I was just wondering what you thought of Jasper Fforde? I think he is great, but not many people seem to know about him! Jess
Hello DavidI've noticed you have "Watching the English". I'm inclined to buy this. What did you think of it?
hee hee hee, just had to leave you a message too!!!
Hi DavidOut of nowhere you suddenly are number two on my list of people I share most books with. I enjoyed roaming through your shelves!
Hi again, most true, i have a yet to read pile of books that i oftan overlook for a more recent purchase and tis so this time spent online looking at others might otherwise be used for reading. However at the moment i have about three reads in progress, Colm Tobin The story of the Night, Autism and Secondary Schools then Michael Donaghy Dances Learned Last Night Poems 1975 - 1995. How about you anything old you're revisiting or new thats of interest ?
Hi David, looking at your shelf reminded me of a number of books i've read but no longer have, one of the interesting things about this forum is as memory jogger!
