Hello marylou, I read Amazon has you as a member “with” Steven James “Pawn” on their shelf, so I’d like to recommend another Christian Suspense / Thriller, "The Diaries of Pontius Pilate.” It draws upon the author’s military background and has great reviews. “Diaries” is not a vanity or self-pub book, but is published by Trestle Press, a small independent press outside of Philadelphia under its imprint, Helping Hands Press, that gave a Christian novel a chance. Full disclosure - I wrote it and hope you’ll give it a chance.
Best wishes, Joe Lewis www.josephmaxlewis.com
Dracula as you have never seen him before! (Is that exclamation point really necessary?) (Is he a vampire?) (Does he bite people?) All right, all right, you may have seen SOMETHING like him before. He’s so sexy. (Isn’t he depressed?) Yes, yes, sexy and depressed. (Sexy and depressed?) Shut up! (Is that exclamation point really necessary?) Oh boy!
DRACULA: Hearts of Stone This MIGHT be a little like Dracula if written by J. K. Rowling. It’s a place where magic and vampires interweave for an exciting adventure.
It’s a tale of magic, romance and fangs.
We start with a shiny new pot of boiling water and add too many evil vampires, and not enough of the good biters. Toss in one suicidal Dracula; add a cup of mayhem and a dash of romance. Oh yes, and a pinch of mirth. Stir lovingly and you have a new novel by A. J. Gallant. If it sounds like the recipe for you then you must read Dracula: Hearts of Stone.
As a follow-up to my previous post (and to my chagrin), more than one reviewer has expressed harsh criticisms regarding my use of the word 'holocaust' in the title of "An American Holocaust: The Story of Lataine's Ring"... calling it "obscene", "misleading", and "nothing more than a cheap marketing ploy". I assure you that was not my intention when I decided on the title for this book. Please let me know if the title is also offensive to you. If so, I want to extend my sincerest apology and will consider changing it.
My goal remains clear, yet simple... to make as many as possible aware of this historical event. Your feedback can be an important tool in that process. Thank you. --Kerry L. Barger
Thank you for purchasing my book, "An American Holocaust: The Story of Lataine's Ring". I am always amazed at how few people have even heard of the 1937 London School explosion. My goal is to make as many as possible aware of this tragedy and its significance by reaching them through this book. Your feedback is important in that process. I truly believe that more attention should be given to this historical event, so it will never be forgotten. I hope you agree. If so, please let other readers know by rating it & posting a brief review at this site and where it was obtained. --Kerry L. Barger
