I'm a former film student current graduate student(screenwriting), actor, writer, satcom tech and all around jack of all jack-offs. I love the Library so many of the books that may appear on my shelf are actually on the shelf of the Los Angeles Public Libray but I have a card that gives me VIP access.

    Not many people like the combo of Heinlein and Baldwin. I am a Baldwin fan with Giovanni's Room as my favorite. I couldn't get into If Beale Street Could Talk but it's been years since I tried. What's your take on it?

    We all own the library, so any of those books can go on our shelves... Right! I hope so. I think what really counts is what you have read. I loke your taste in books. When I was a Sophomore in High School my English teacher let me attack his Sci-fi cabinet (which he kept locked!) I read Stranger in a Strange land, Catch 22, Brave New World, 1984, and many others that year. Fond memeries....
