“An excellent read and very well written. I have it on my Kindle and had to look up words several times, but it was worth it....”

Hi, Dana! Have you seen "Cometa-Last Queen of Sheba" , on the shelves of any bookseller in the States? It was published by AuthorHouse last year. I'm the author under my nom-de-plume - GISELA! I haven't read any of your books...YET!All the best, dearTonyWriter

Dana -- glad you enjoyed it! Yes, I did wonder whether you'd enjoy a book like that, given your shelf... I first read a kids' book by Gaiman, "Coraline". How it's classified as a kids' book, I'll never know! Scary as hell!

Hey Dana! Two book club selections and a personal pick each month huh? You are a busy woman! lol. What have you been reading lately? I finished Sister Souljah's The Coldest Winter Ever a few weeks ago and LOVED it! You should definitely check it out. I'm almost finished with Lorene Carey's The Price of a Child. It was slow going at first, but started to pick up towards the middle. I look forward to seeing how it ends. I finally found a copy of Rice Mother, so that is in my to-read pile. Take care:)

So Dana tell us a little about yourself. Are you an author or just one of the fantastic book lovers here? I want to be an author one day. How about you?
OK... I hope you enjoy it! I'm in the middle of Half of a yellow sun by Chimamanda Ngozie Adichi... it's yummy!

Hi Dana,I hope that you have a wonderful week!
Hey Dana! I'm glad you're enjoying TBE. It's one of those books that stays with you. I looked for Rice Mother in the bookstore, but they didn't have it. I'll end up ordering it on-line, but I've got a ton of books to get through. I'm looking forward to it though. Have a great weekend!
Hey Dana...I scan a lot of books because of APOOO's review team...but honestly I'm not feeling a whole lot of books out today...favorites for me are the classics...which I'm now going back and re-reading because there's nothing out that really makes me want to read it...except for Harry Potter. ;)xoxo
Hi Dana,I added "Rice Mother" to my wish list. I am so excited about reading the book!!Peace,Lioness7
