what a great writer you are. Do you intend to write the scripts for your faith/family based movies? what budget range are you shooting for? It sure appears there is a growing need for these type productions.

if your interested in discussing an investment in your film(s) please contact me.

Thanks for sharing your journey to God and the suggested readings. I have started the Case for Christ just today. I like his style of writing -- short and direct (of course! he is a newspaper journalist).

I am a seeker of God. Have been even as a child. I don't know what drew me to Him, but I do know that Jesus became a friend when I was seven and seriously ill. Now I am 33 and along my walk, there have been times I refused to hear my Shephers voice and wandered away from the path, times that I clung to Him for dear life and sanity and many more times when I thought of my convictions and their reasons. I always want to understand the reason behind things. This is the reason I am always on the look-out for books on faith, theology etc. Just like you, happiness to me lies way outside pages. It is through activity that I derive my pleasures although at times, it can also be from a book I am reading. Joy and peace of mind and spirit are a whole other discussion.

Oh and don't worry about posting space. Post away! It's space that builds a connection, wouldn't you agree? I would love to keep the connection going.

I'm all for the dance lessons. Sunday afternoons would work fine for us I think. I'll look for the stuff Greg found about lessons earlier this year. I know there were 3-4 places around that he printed info off about.

Yeah, I think they just put them in some random order. It used to be that on your home page, the ones at the first were the ones that had most recently been logged onto Shelfari. But now that is not always the case. That is why Vicki rejects all friendship requests that are not from people that she knows.

Thanks for your recommendation. I was interested in the following books on your shelf:

    Case for Christ

    The Prophet

What are your opinions on these books?

    Thanks!

I love your poem! I'm glad I know your name. I haven't asked anyone who I don't know in real life to be my friend. I have gotten 2 types of invites: authors who are obviously sending out a mass invite to get people to read their books; and strange people who can barely type english and have zero books on their shelves. Vicki on the other had has gotten quite a few (just like in real life)individual invites from people who are interested in the books on her shelf. She doesn't accept them because she doesn't like their icons to push her real friends off of her main page. She has contacted the Shelfari people to encourage them to make it so you can pick the order that your "friends" are listed on your own page. So far, no change. Toodles.

I think you would like the book, Three Cups of Tea. It's a true story of this guy who starts building schools in Pakistan from nothing. His story is amazing. Unique look at a different kind of war on terror.

Do you know that you can change Carly's settings to only let friends leave her a note? You just go to "Account Settings" at the top of her home page and change the limitations.
