I wanted to send you a copy of this notice.
It sounds like I went all out to torture poor Marty H. To make sure this doesn't happen again, let me say that when the ebook opens in Adobe Reader, you have a pop-up window choice of either full screen viewing (YES) or a smaller window contained page (NO).
If in full screen viewing (YES), you must hit the 'ESC' key to snap the book to the window format which then shows the standard windows toolbar. Go to VIEW]PAGE and enter the page number. The actual page number will be a few pages out of sync with the printed page number.
If you select (NO) the toolbar will be visible at the onset.
