I certianly love to read. I am a notorious re-reader as well as reading many books at one time. Usually there is one or maybe two in various rooms of the house.
I love Fantasy and Sci-fi. I like classic literature, horror, historical fiction, history, realistic fiction. And anything else i may happen along. There are so many wonderful possible titles yet to be discovered out there. So i am always willing to try something new.
I am currently working on my shelf. i want to put all the books up that i currently own and my last personal count is about 500 books. I keep getting some coments from family and friends that i should get rid of them, but as i said I like to re-read and to me a book is like a song, you can't listen to a song only once. I like to go back and be a part of the worlds in those books again.
I know how much i love reading, when i am currently caught up in a book i will find myself thinking about what i had read through out the day. I talk to myself when I think i may see the "plot twist" and just love the idea of being able to talk to other people who get so caught up in reading.
I am currently and have been for about 20 years (wow that long now) been caught up in the World of Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series.
Currently i have just finished these books for my personal re-reads. "Clan of the Cave Bear", Dean Koontz "Whispers" , Mary Stewart's Merlin series (recommend these books they are WONDERFUL) LOTR.
Feel free to send me a message I love to meet more readers.
