    DRACULA: Hearts of Stone This MIGHT be a little like Dracula if written by J. K. Rowling. It’s a place where magic and vampires interweave for an exciting adventure.
    A tale of magic, romance and fangs.
    We start with a shiny new pot of boiling water and add too many evil vampires, and not enough of the good biters. Toss in one suicidal Dracula; add a cup of mayhem and a dash of romance. Oh yes, and a pinch of mirth. Stir lovingly and you have a new novel by A. J. Gallant. If it sounds like the recipe for you then you must read Dracula: Hearts of Stone.

    "Madman in the Mirror" is a story about a man - Henry Johnson - who is raised by a psychopath and forced to watch - even as a baby - his father murder people on a regular basis. He is also abused and brainwashed, turning him into a sociopath. Henry stalks and murders people efficiently - he tells himself that he may be a killer, but he doesn't want people to suffer. He is haunted by hallucinations, including a specter in his mirror that talks to him.

    Hey! I hope 2012 is going good for you so far.

    I wanted to ask you if you were still interested in author interviews for the group, before I sent one to you. I understand if you don't want to. I know that you're very busy and might not have a whole lot of time for them. But I don't want to assume anything, so I'm asking. I'm thinking about trying to contact J. Leigh Bralick about being February's interview.

    Hi, I searched the Shelfari Admin. group site and found nothing there about locking access to a discussion. Oh, and BTW you should be getting a notice invitation sent to you from them soon. As an Administrator you are automatically invited. Let me know if you don't receive one.

    I noticed that you have a fabulous grasp on YA authors/series. We have had a large jump in YA readers and I have not read as many as I would have liked. After reading many of your posts I was envisioning a YA contributor, perhaps one that could advise on a great book/author. Or just converse on a book or a theme in books. No time requirement, no workload, just be there when you can. If you want to have a weekly/monthly discussion or book read you can, a YA reading list ? you can do what is comfortable to you. Any input in any area would be great. FM and I understand time restraints and really don't take the group seriously, it is a fun hobby. We are going to ask for another co adm. from the group soon so there will be more help. but we both wanted to ask you to join based on your comments and participation. Did that help ? I know I ramble. Let me know when you can, or ask more. : )

    I just sent a note to Katja Rusanen, mentioning the interviews. She posted a thread in the group. It's on...page three, I think. Hopefully she'll be interested and will be our January interview! I think we should leave each one up for the month, so maybe the next one will be at the end of January. Thoughts?

    Hello Cullengirl I
    I will try to put together the answers today, or at least as soon as I hear back from you. I have been battling with the basics of this site so much I haven't had time to take any kind of active part. Note I have had to do my own artwork for my 'Author' tag. Although I have books on my shelf I am told I haven't when I try to invite people. And I cannot sync my account here with amazon (I have changed my email recently) and shelfari is still using the old one. I have sent emails to the helpdesk but get almost zero response.

    Notwithstanding all that, do you want me to answer questions here on this thread? Or do you want me to send an attachment (it might be quite a long piece). If so, how do I do that? What happens to the interview, where does it end up? And, how do I go about getting the book reviewed?

    I look forward to hearing from you.
