Crysta B

Crysta B

I would rather read than do just about most anything else.

I read to escape, learn, & be entertained.
I am not a book snob.
I will read just about any genre.
I love books that come HIGHLY recommended. more »

I do and I thank you. This is the time of the year that I slow down reading because of the holidays and that wedding, which by the way turned out great and was a whole lot of fun. I get so busy that I hardly have any me time, which is reading time. I havent read in 7 days. Can you believe it? and today I am finishing up the Christmas decorations so that means that no reading today. But tomorrow is football day so I will for sure get plenty of reading in...lol Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving.

How did you like Down came the Rain? I read it before I had Karlie, maybe I should read it again. I liked sTori Telling. I was on the wait list forever too. I didn't really care for her before, but after watching her reality show on Oxygen and then reading the book, I realized I just didn't care for Donna Martin, but Tori I like now!!!

I agree! I'm trying to get into the Other Boleyn Girl now. It's getting better but the length of it has me worried but y'all liked it so I'm trusting it so far.

It IS a long one. I still haven't read the Other Boleyn Girl yet because it's so long and all my other library books are shorter so I keep going for the short ones. Right now I'm still working on Firefly Lane (I might give up). Am I supposed to be reading Twilight?

    How you liking Outlander?

Tiffany's was OK. It was a very quick read and kind of a creative story but not one of my favorites. It was very girly story.

Thanks for letting me know about the writer of the week thing. I've been so busy I haven't spent much time there lately so I may have not even noticed!

I go to the library co-op website and click on the link to review my account, there is has all the materials I've checked out and the due dates, below that is my list of holds and what place I'm in for them. Does your county do a co-op too?

I haven't actually started it yet but I saw it on the Bookmobile when I was there yesterday and snapped it up. I cannot even believe the number of brand new books they have just sitting there. Sigh. I'm addicted.

I'm so glad that you read This is How It Happened and you loved it! I thoroughlly enjoyed that one too. I finished Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult a few days ago and loved it too.
