So much to read. What to start first, books for work? intense novels? great stories? or the Berenstein Bears again and again and again and again.

Great. Send me your e-mail address (mine is mail@christophertusa.com), and I'll send you the e-book version of the book.

    Thanks,

I like that you're part of the group "mom's who read"...it sounds like a secret society or something. : ) Hope you're having a good Holiday weekend...don't go to work on Monday!

Hi Miranda, welcome to Play Book Tag! Our tag for October: England. Once you finish an England book, post a review on the thread October tag; our collective reads for our shelf. Today, we announced that the tag for November will be Poetry! Look for suggestions and make recommendations on the thread November tag: share your reading plan and suggestions.

As an added incentive to read the monthly tag, we “raffle” off an Amazon gift card for every thousand posts we reach. One of the requirements to qualify though is you have to have read a book for the current months tag!

We also organize larger games every couple of months or so. We just passed the midpoint of our newest game, Lay It On, so you will be seeing lots of discussion about it. Unfortunately, the game is already underway and we aren’t adding new players but if you are interested in the large games, we will be starting a new one after the holiday season!

For answers to other commonly asked questions, please look over the FAQ for new members which is pinned to the top of our discussions. If you have any questions about PBT please don't hesitate to ask me!

    See you on PBT!

    Happy reading,
    Nicole

Several members have mentioned "The Sugar Queen". I will have to look it up and see what it is about. Right now, though, I have a lot of reading to catch up.

Hi, Miranda. Thank you for your recommendation about "Garden Spells". It sounds like a great book and I have added it to my wish list. I find myself constantly trolling for new favorite authors (a "dangerous task because I often run into books that bomb in my search for new talent!) because my old favorite authors don't write as fast as I read. Unfortunately, some of my favorites seem to have stopped writing altogether.
