Contrary is a quarterly literary journal that publishes commentary, fiction, poetry, and especially work that combines the virtues of those categories. It was founded at the University of Chicago by students and alumni of Chicago's Master of Arts Program in the Humanities and now operates independently on the South Side of Chicago. « less
