    Thanks a lot! I'll take a look at those. I suffer a lot from procrastination... I procrastinated this reply for 4 days. ;D
    I've read only 1 book about it so far, and I found it very good because, in fact, I didn't even know I had this problem before reading such book. That was around 13 years ago. Enough time to see that its techniques, although good, aren't enough to solve my problems.
    Anyway... I'll see which is better for my needs, and I'll try not to procrastinate these readings. Thanks again for the recommendations. ^_^
