    Work and family definitely take their toll on writing, but you'll squeeze it in. It took me 8 and 1/2 years to write my first one. Then I wrote three in one year. Seven now altogether. One WIP, but it, too, is coming very slowly.
    Love eastern Washington. Our family hopes to sell our place in Auburn--it used to be rural: no more. We're hoping to move to northern Idaho.
    Keep writing. God has His timing for things, and sometimes (well, most the time for me!) we don't get it. :) However, God will bless all of your efforts done in obedience to Him.

    Jenn, do you own all the books on your reading list or are those just ones that you want to read? Most of mine on my reading list are the ones you gave me. Every time I go to the library I find something new and I have to put it up front because it has due dates, but I will get to all of those others. I'm trying to run out my pile from the library, but when I go in I always find something else I have been looking for and I have to have it. I know you buy a lot of your books. What book club are you in?

    I belong to a small writers group called North Country Writers. This summer, we put on our first Writer's Conference in Rupublic. We had the author Pat Pfeiffer come, and two other speakers. Most of Pat's books have been self-published, but she has a few on amazon. I just finished reading -- Bury Him Deeper. I wanted to write her a review, but could not find it on amazon.
