    Hi Clesha!
    Long time no hear, hope things are well. Are you going to be at this year's Muse it up conference? In case you forgot that's how we met. BTW what would you recommend on keeping away aches and pains besides drugs (lol)? What types of good smelling stuff? I've tried Eucalyptus (sp?) on the sore area (mainly legs and feet, knees swell up. I use lavender and chamoile for relaxation. The lavender helped me through when I quit smoking and has to be one of my favorite smells in the whole wide world!
