  Hi Marianne, sorry I haven't replied sooner, but I just finished a collection of short stories yesterday and I was preoccupied. The books on my shelf sort of mirror my life. I've probably read thousands of books, but those are the ones that stand out in my memory. That's why ones like "The Little Engine That Could" are there. That one and "Little Black Sambo" are most memorable from my earliest childhood. "The Day of the Triffids" is a classic of science fiction.

My son is almost four now, so he keeps me actively busy, but i just finished reading Dead Ever After by Charlene Harris. and i know how you feel! my TBR pile keeps getting added to also.

  I guess you show up on the second page. Also, I did not see our group in your profile, I have the same problem now and then. Yes, it's free in Kindle. it's not a thriller, it's a real fine novel based on a real life story. But my other books are suspenses and i've just lowered their kindle price to 2.99. They are all supposed to very good. Enjoy...

  Check out my suspense, Marianne. I write thrillers with espionage, some paranormal, some mystery and noir, and I have them reviewed by the top reviewers like Midwest Book Review, The US Review of Books.... I've just lowered their price down to $3 for Kindle books. I am finishing my sixth, a sequel to my last one. All the books were professionally edited. I was formally published with the first two but I am now on my own. I have no patience to hunt for another publisher. I am at www.snedelton.com. Just click on their covers, they'll take you to their first pages. Some start hot others start slow then ramp up... Fear! is free right now in Kindle, I received a special, written recognition for that book from the MBR Journal—five years in the reviewer’s show list. Something like that. That book is serious, not a thriller. It says it’s a SCI-FI but it is not. You’ll see. It’s very good.
