I see you're reading Dallas Willard's "Renovation of the Heart." Willard is on my books I wanna read list. I'd be interested to hear what you think of this book once you've finished it.

I haven't found much modern devotional literature or theology along the lines you are talking. Most of them are mediocre appeals to man in the pop culture or pessimistic polemicists. I do like a British gent named David Pawson, but I don't know if he's up to the level you are talking about. Have you ever read CS Lewis's Abolition of Man? You don't even need a full saturday for that.

    What's up Lemonade?
How is the Journey Into The Miraculous? What kind of a book is it? I really like Mere Christianity as well. Is this a reread?

    Hey!
Sorry for not replying in ages, hadn't been here in a while..

To answer your question, yes, I am enjoying the Shack, it's pretty interesting...I have been meaning to finish it, but been kind of busy... I am liking how it's working out, I won't spoil it for you just in case you decide to read it, I do think it's worth reading at least once... I'll admit when reading it, I have found myself totally full out crying out to know God more in a practical way, and it has definitely given me a new perspective on who Father God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit are..... I think it's a good book....

It is good to know I got a laugh out of you!! You may laugh but I told my main girl shelly that she has been replaced. You are my new shelly 2.0. Do you really love lemonade that much? and if so are you a from the freezer girl, a shakeup girl, or fresh from the juicer? Jazz age is a great book, you should read it and tell me what you think about it. How was your weekend?

I was wondering if you enjoyed reading Musicophilia? I do have some CD's of "music" for healing and sleeping that have been produced by several universities. i really like them.

Hi I just stopped by to see what you have been reading. I hope you had a nice Easter. How is the weather in California? We had 5 inches of snow Friday night. I am dying to see my spring bulbs.
